Assignment for Sci-Fi class (they forgot to add "and Fantasy to the name of the class)

We are given a bunch of scenes to pick and illustrate. I so just so happen to pick the one where the author wanted battlecat which just make my piece look very WoW-like zzz. I just wanted to draw bazoongas. Oh well.. WoW has been pretty influencial with my art.

I have played Dungeon Seige 2. I don't remember much about the design and monsters in the game though x_x. I took inspiration from WoW for this piece though.
